Denise Owens, owner of Coaching Options, is a career & professional development coach, trainer and human resources professional with over 20 years of corporate experience.

Denise partners with people who are willing to explore their options, make changes and take action to work in a meaningful career. Denise also provides training and coaching to individuals and groups who want to learn more about how to use their unique communication style and driving forces to enhance team productivity.

Prior to starting her coaching practice, Denise held a variety of human resources management positions including Human Resources Director, over a period of 15 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. She led various training initiatives over 6 years as the Learning & Development Senior Consultant for Affiliated Computer Services.

Denise earned her B.A. from Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. She is a Coach University Graduate, Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, Success Insights 12 Driving Forces Certified and is a member of the International Association for Teamwork Facilitators.
Denise sees coaching as a way to support others as they learn their communication style, examine how their style influences others and connects to their decision making. She works with people to discover what motivates them and how to link their passion to their career, resulting in both personal and professional success.
